I purchased a Galaxy watch I decided to link this account with my Google acct. Now I have two Samsung account and this makes managed my smarthome devices difficult. I’ve attempted to link my Hub to the new account/login but I need to release or transfer the Welcome code as I keep getting an error. Any help or advice appreciated.
That’s going to have to be a call to Samsung support. I wouldn’t trust an email to support helping you too much with that scenario. Depending on which country you live in, and if your account is in that country, go to Samsung’s website to find which support number is best for you.
