New to the ST world, moving from a wink hub. I’ve searched, quite a bit… not finding anything definitive on whether I can directly control my Lutron switches and wall modules directly from ST.

2nd question is unnecessary if the answer to the first one is ‘yes’… Any way to control the Wink hub from ST? I know that there is an API being developed for the Wink that has something to do with JSON and REST and those two terms are thrown around on the forum here, but beyond my current grasp.

Any pointers, etc?

ST can only directly control Z-Wave and Zigbee (HA profile) devices.

Any way to control the Wink hub from ST?

Theoretically, yes. A custom “smart app” can communicate with the 3-rd party REST API.
