I’ll tag @nayelyz here as she will be able to better explain things.
The bottom line is that the organizations you see in the Developer Workspace are not the same as the ones you see in the Certification Console or the SmartThings API.
Hi, @Moorgen_SmartHome. Welcome back to the SmartThings Community!
Just to clarify, did you use to have an organization in the Developer Workspace?
Are you planning to certify a device integration?
Indeed the Dev WS organizations are different than the ones from the ST Console. So, you won’t see the ones from Console in the Dev WS and vice-versa.
So, first, I would like to have more details about what you’re trying to achieve to provide you with the correct info, please.
wow thank you for your reply!!
Based on this prompt, I would like to register for a sponsorship and add a project from the organization, but follow the process, and after the reminder has been submitted, there will be no further updates……
I remember you asked about your development a while ago, The music system does not display UI.
So, do you already have a Schema Connector in your Private Workspace? Or, are you using a new account from scratch?
I ask because there are two different paths that you can take for this case but it depends on your current situation.
yeah, a new account commissioned by a client for development, account name is sales@modernize.com.my
Sorry for the delay.
So, the certification process for Cloud Connected integrations changed to be done through the Certification Console.
That requires you to have an organization there and it’s completely different than the one in the Developer Workspace. So, to avoid creating something in the Dev WS that will likely have to be migrated over to the Console at some point, you should start there this new integration.
You can still create your Schema Connector in the Developer Workspace and once you’re ready for certification, you can assign it to your Console’s organization (according to these instructions) and submit your request
ok,I will try , thank you!
