SmartThings account without an Organization or Namespace

I’ve put in a support request on this, but in the meantime …

I’ve just added a new account in to SmartThings. When I try to access it’s Organization I get an HTTP 409 Conflict error and when I try to access it’s Namespace I just get an empty list. I’m pretty sure that accounts without a default user organization or namespace just aren’t supposed to happen.

Anyone come across this before?

The Samsung Account I am using is brand new, but has the same e-mail address as a previous one that had been used with SmartThings, and although this shouldn’t make any difference, I am wondering if it does.

Anyone come across anything like this?
