I got my first z-wave outlet and wired it in and all works well with power to the sockets so I know it’s wired up correctly.
I searched for it in the smartthings app and connected fine but it wasn’t working with the app and was acting like a ‘normal’ socket.
I’ve tried deleting it from the app and excluding but the app just sits there and doesn’t do anything. I tried unplugging the hub to rest it an still nothing. I tried searching for the outlet again with no luck. If I press the program button for a couple of,seconds the LED flashes red/orange
What have I done wrong? Is there anything else I can do to search and find the outlet again.
I’ve had a search through the forums and google and tried everything with no luck.
