Jet Bot won’t connect and is ignoring boundary’s

This morning my Jet Bot won’t connect to the app, I have restarted it and held the play button which the device stated it was connected to the internet and had a very strong signal connection.

I manually started the vacuum from the top, it is ignoring every boundary.

What’s weird, on the app I can click the Play/Pause button on the device icon but clicking into it shows “Can’t connect to the device, play check the device an try again”? Any ideas.
