Jasco/GE Wave Switches

Hi All,

For the last few days, I have been experiencing an really annoying issue with my switches and dimmers.
They all appear in the dashboard and in the things tab however they do not update or control the devices. Also, they are not working with any smart apps or triggers that I have set up.

I did speak with support this afternoon, it was explained to me there was a FW upgrade, specifically with a polling issue that is causing this problem. Support suggested pulling out the air gap or turning the breaker on and off a few times. I have tried all these suggestions and still ST is not working with these switches.

Anyone else having this problem? If so, how did you get it to work again?

Yeah, I have noticed that, too. I have a GE switch outlet. I can control it partially by turning it off and on multiple times but it does not show the correct actual state of the switch itself. And if turned on in the dashboard the on status goes away when you refresh it but does not change the physical state of the switch.
