If you looked in menu (3 bars in the upper left of the screen) and selected Rooms and they do not show up there, contact ST support to sync your data. You may want to try signing out of the app and signing back in to check first.
it takes a while for them to show up after converting or when making some changes it seems to take minutes to repopulate all the automations, rooms, etc
I have been having the same issue, where new rooms, and some devices added do not show. I even bought a new hub and tried from scratch and the issues still occur. I can see the devices and rooms in the IDE but not in the app. Support are useless and have no idea. I am about to give up on smartthings. any ideas?
Not sure this is quite what you’re after, but following my own problems with the new app (me and wife somehow in different regions, and a full rebuild of the setup needed in any event) I’m getting on nicely with Hubitat.
