Issues ordering from https://shop.smartthings.com/

Anyone else experiencing issues when ordering from https://shop.smartthings.com/ ? I ordered the
SmartThings Lighting Kit from them which is on sale for $40 off. I then check out and the order was processed then got email of the order invoices. The issues is that a few seconds later I get email from them with them cancelling my order. Here’s a copy of the message in the email:

"We’ve canceled your order

Hi , please keep this email for your records. If you believe that your order was canceled by mistake, please reach out to SmartThings Support."

On there site they specify that they do sell and ship to Canada.

Does any one know why they are cancelling orders?
