Issue with Schlage Zigbee Lock (EDITED)

Hi everybody,

My Schlage Zigbee door lock (BE468) just … stopped talking to the SmartThings hub. Everything was ok until this afternoon where the lock was in the opposite position than on the app. I reconnected both a few times, re-installed the lock, and they won’t talk. Using the default ZigBee lock driver in SmartThings, batteries are 96%.

Any ideas? Thanks

Well things mostly came back to normal, but the lock can unlock, then goes into a loop and disconnects - any ideas? Pulling my hair.

Multiple people reporting problems today, it might just be that:

Devices barely responding, status' not updating.... hub status not even showing offline when unplugged
