Is there a specific EU/UK support contact?

Received my hub a fews days back, only works on battery, powersupply itself works but wont power the hub. Just opened a case via the US but was wondering if there is an EU/UK contact instead?

If youve only just got it, I would go back to the retailer and ask for a replacement as the product is broken. I have had my return ticket with Samsung for a month and they still can’t tell me when they will ship a replacement.

EU support just told me to return it to my ‘supplier’, which is amazon, who only want to issue a refund. I bought it for 50stg while they now run at 99stg on the amazon site. Bought a 2nd hand new one of eBay just minutes ago.
