Have you tried changing the Zigbee channel for your hub? Compare the channel to what your wifi router is using, and if they are the same, or too close to each other, change your hub’s Zigbee channel. There’s a good post from JD on this subject:

WiFi channel 1 sits right over the top of Zigbee channel 14, so changing the Zigbee channel was a good idea. The blue region in these graphics is WiFi channel 1. The orange spikes in the second graphic are the Zigbee channels. You may have changed your Wi-Fi network or your Zigbee channel in between, and a little adjustment may be necessary.
