I am new to iOS having moved from Android (HTC). I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change the overly loud notification sound of SmartThings Notifications.
In Android and I am assuming iOS you can go to “My Account” and set sound.
It may be a limitation in iOS with not setting notification sounds.
it seems to be a limitation of the ST app in ios.

Not so sure. ST app is so much faster on iPhone then it was on my HTC One. Just sayin

Rarely use the ST app, most my home automated is automated.
I do agree the SHM is a little slow loading, and you always start with that screen.
The latest app runs great on my HTC One M9. They have really improved the speed.

In iOS the ST app opens to whatever screen you last used before closing it.
