New to ST.
In life tab I do not get the ‘location map’ hence can not see location of tags.
I assume I am doing something dumb, but could not easily find solution by googling.
Which tags?

do you mean the location of Samsung galaxy smarttags? Those only work with a galaxy phone, they don’t work with an iPhone.
And if you mean Apple AirTags, they will work with an iPhone, but they will not show up in the smartthings app. You have to use the Apple “find my” utility to see their map.
Some third-party Bluetooth devices can be used with smartthings on either an android phone or an iPhone, but the trackers use some proprietary technology and are locked to their own platforms.
