Can I get SmartTag's location?

I will get SmartTag’s location and use it for my project.
and create some kind of service. Is it possible?

Unless something has changed recently, the answer is no. You basically can’t do anything with the tag outside of the mobile app. In particular the geolocation is only displayed in map form via SmartThings Find.
