Is There a way to buy it in europe?
You can try Amazon. If there is a EU Bond hub… check that the RF frequencies are compatible with the RF remote for the blinds.
Do you have the Bond Bridge, by chance, @jkp? I have a number of blinds we purchased from SelectBlinds when we moved into our current home, who market what looks like the Bond Hub as their SelectConnect Bridge (at a vastly different price with a huge teaser discount if you buy their blinds) and suggest the Bond Home App on iOs or Android Devices to control it. Just wondering about its usability in general and if there’s an API available for it?
FWIW, my son has the Neo Smart Blinds Controller for the blinds he purchased from SelectBlinds a couple of years ago–at the time they were selling the Neo Controller–and has his blinds automated on his Hubitat. (He sent me the API for the Neo device.)
It all looks like a simple, one-way IP interface and I suspect most blinds, celling fans, and fireplaces using RF-based remotes in that frequency range pretty much work with all of these controllers, providing the device can be paired with it.
Yes, I have a Bond hub. I believe I have seen a mention of a local API but I have not looked into it. You may want to check out their community forum https://forum.bondhome.io
I am in the process of moving to blinds with Thread and Matter support but will always need the Bond hub for a dumb Somfy awning motor with its RF remote.
