Infinite loading screen Samsung Arise

I have AC Samsung Arise with two indoor units. One unit work perfectly in SmartThings app, but other one is not. It does not have “turn on” btn and if i open it i get infinite loading screen.
I tried everything: deleted device, deleted account, delted app, used another phone.

I have granted SmartThings Support access with no end. I hope you can help and fix my AC.

Did you contact ST support through the app and submit error logs?

Yes, of course. 3 times

Do not know how to factory reset it. I think unplug is not enough.

I recieved notification that SmartThings app was patched to fix my problem, so now everything works.
