IKEA tradfri need extra hub in UK? and GU10 size

No you don’t need the Ikea hub just a device handler.

It is not possible due to the firmware limitations of the remote itself. I do find it strange that they are not properly reporting in ST though. I have a couple of color bulbs, and a Tradfri remote paired to Hue bridge, and when I turn on the lights with the remote, they properly update in the Hue app. Same with Homeassistant. I suspect something in the DH code is being finicky.
