I Just Changed Internet Provider and Hub not Working

I could surely use your help. I just switched from AT&T DSL to Time Warner Cable for my internet as it is so much faster. I plugged the ST hub into the back of the new cable modem and all I get is a blue light on the hub. The IDE says the hub is disconnected. Any idea what I am doing wrong or how to resolve this.

ST support is really great. If the internet is working then you should contact ST support.
