I can't get my Aeon Appliance Switch to be seen by the hub

I just ordered two Aeon Smart Energy switches from Amazon and i can’t get them to pair with my hub. The product # is B007UZH7B8.

It’s now officially on the “works with SmartThings” list, so write support@smartthings.com and they should be able to help.

Have you tried a z-wave exclude? It’s been a while since I installed mine, but I think I may have had to do that to get it to pair/work.
