I recently had a bunch of HUE light go “offline” in SmartThings, but work just fine in SmartThings. I am using the Beta driver bys-beta and didn’t have any issues until a couple of days ago.
Any ideas? Should I go back to the Samsung HUE driver? I know I will lose all of my rooms, etc. so would prefer not to do that.
The ST version has less features. If you are familiar with grabbing logs, that would be the best bet. If you use the controls in the ST app, do the lights actually respond? If you update the lights in Hue, does ST update? Have you tried repotting the ST hub? Just idea. The logs would likely provide the definitive answer.
Glad refresh helped. It sounds like the hub firmware has some sort of timeout or memory condition. I see the ST version having issues as well, which points to the hub as a common cause. You can follow along here as I investigate.
