I have a V2 and an Aeotec V3 Hub. About 10 minutes ago they both dropped offline, solid blue lights.
Status page says all is well.
Is this just me?
Nope, me too. I have 2 Aeotec V3 hubs, 1 in each of 2 different locations about 80 km apart. Both are offline. In Ontario, Canada
And now (12:20 PM EDT), one just came back online.
No, cancel that. It just dropped offline again a minute later.
My v2 2018 Hub went offline, came back for a minute and went offline again. Cycling power did not help.
My V2 Hub and 2 TVs with Smartthings Hubs are offline at this moment.
The Hub is with steady blue light.
Same for me as of right now 3 out of 5 hubs offline. Only one showed offline and thought the hubs firmware failed as it hadn’t updated to latest version yet and never came back online like it should. So I tried to delete it and reinstall it which got it online again, but won’t update status. Didn’t matter that I deleted it as it had no devices connected to it.
Same here. Steady blue light. Still offline. I suspect a cloud service issue.

Sounds like it. Yet the SmartThings Status webpage still shows all operational. Pretty useless if you ask me.
Might be a regional thing; I’m in the US. So maybe more can chime in where they are experiencing the outage.

Must be North America then, DownDetector has exploded with a SmartThings Outage recently.
In the US and both my V3 hubs (in different cities) went down about ten minutes ago. Have been experiencing issues with SLGA being broken for about a week now as well. Unable to create lock codes.
And yes, all hubs off line too - located in US - north east

It must be cycling something. My app just notified me my Home hub is connected. All the devices show online. But if I try to turn off a couple of light switches, nothing happens. The little switch icon circles for a little bit, then the icon stays on and absolutely nothing happens at the light switch itself.
Downdetector has 87 reports for the past 10 minutes
At 11:42 US CDT my V2 hub came back online but the V3 did not. Walked to the wiring closet and both hubs had solid blue. V2 hub once again offline.
At 11:46 while I was typing this the V3 hub did the same thing.
Interesting. Didn’t know about that website. It also shows significant recent outages with Facebook/Facebook Messenger, and Youtube.
