Hub V2 - New version issues?

I am having issues with multiple devices since the update to the hub a few weeks ago. It used to work fine but now Smartthings does not register the correct state of some devices. I have multiples of most and there is no pattern. those devices I cannot control from the app. Weird thing, I can control 95% with the Amazon Echo even when the app wont work.

The main issues:

  1. 4 Osram IQ Flood bulbs: These always show on in the app even when lights are off. I cannot control them with the app.
  2. Multiple Belkin wall switches (5). These work sometimes but most of the time I cannot control them with the app and the stat is incorrect.
  3. Multiple Belkin LED bulbs (8) with the same issues as the Osram.

I am not sure where to go from here. I have rebooted the hub and reinstalled the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having similar issues. Contacted support but did not get much assistance
