Hub v2 lost all ZigBee devices

I have been having issues re adding some Zigbee Ikea Tradfri motion sensors with no success. I logged a call with Samsung and sent logs to them twice but nothing has come back.I am beginning to lose faith in SmartThings completely. I have a v3 Aeotec hub and according to my.smartthings.com it says that the Zigbee radio is working. I have also tried to re add a Fibaro-FGMS-001-Z-Wave-Motion-Sensor and again no joy. I have also tried a brand new Aeotec hub which also didn’t work.

  • are you bringing the motion sensor near the hub when attempting to pair?
  • How did you add the Aeotec hub… did you use a hub group?
  • changed the battery on the ikea motion sensor?

  1. Yes the motion sensor is very close to the hub.
  2. I set up a new account and just added the only hub (that I had factory reset to get a completely clean environment) in the normal way.
  3. i have checked the batteries because I have 2 motion sensors.
