Hub remains offline after maintenance by Samsung

I have hub v2. In the last couple of months, Samsung has sent several notifications of hub maintenance (firmware updates). After every maintenance, I have found that the hub never comes back online. I have to physically remove the power supply and plug it back in again to get the hub back online. It never used to happen before. Has anyone experienced this or is this just me?

I find that most of my devices show offline, but a quick reboot and all goes back online.

In the beginning of this year, I used to have the same problem. After maintenance, the devices would show offline. Sometimes they would connect after hub reboot, sometimes I had to exclude them and include again. Real painful. But in last couple of months, the entire hub shows offline. After reboot, all the devices are back online.
