I just got around to removing my old v1 hub and installing my v2 hub that I purchased way back in September. Ever since the swap, the hub seems to go offline every day, and stays offline until I hit the reset button on the hub. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas? I have opened a ticket with support but haven’t heard back yet. I have removed all devices and the old hub from smarthings, but I haven’t physically powered down the old hub / removed it from the network yet, could that possibly be causing an issue?
Support is your best bet. I know how embed team has been looking into some edge cases about this.
I’ve had the same issue every few days for the last few weeks. Neither of the firmware updates that it is supposed to have received seems to have worked. I guess I’ll have to reach out to the support team, as well.
