Since updating to the new SmartThings app, I am not getting push notifications when the hub is offline. Is there a way to enable this? Notifications for the hub under settings —>notifications is enabled but still no luck.
I know it’s working here so I’m guessing the server may be pushing the notification. Are you getting other notifications? If so it may help to “reboot” the hub. I know it takes about 5-10 minutes before I get a hub offline notification.
