Hub Offline/Inactive

So my ST app shot me a notification my hub went offline. Looks like my router had some issues and needed a reboot so everything was fixed. My Hue hub is back online and functioning normally, but my ST hub remains offline.

The lights on the front are solid green, even after multiple reboots. But the app and IDE still show no connection.

Any suggestions until support arrives tomorrow morning?

Did you try disconnecting the power cable and removing the batteries for at least 15 seconds?

Yeah I tried that. Nothing worked, support had to re-connect their end which they said only they can do.
