Hello, I’ve had ST for about a week now and I just got a notification that the Hub is offline. I had an electrician there earlier this morning (about 7 hours ago). I am not at the hub location now but I have confirmed the internet is up and running. If the electrician had disconnected the power to the hub would I have gotten a notification saying its using the backup battery (version 2 hub).
Anyone having issues with the hub going offline for no reason?
