Hub just went offline

I have had my hub online since late December. I haven’t made any changes recently to either my network or my hub, but yesterday it just went offline and hasn’t come back. I have tried rebooting several times and plugged it into my router and Repeater and it does not work. The three LED are all solid blue, which I thought meant it had an IP address but could not communicate with the platform. However, I cannot see the hub connected to my network when polling the router. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can start?
