Doesn’t plume manage the internet networking side of the SmartThings wifi units? They were the cause of the issues several weeks ago from what I remember. Has anyone contacted them?

If you don’t mind sharing, who is your ISP and which model router do you have?

Sure, I have AT&T Fiber and the gateway/router is a Pace 5268AC. I used to have everything behind a separate router, which would’ve made this easy, but it died a few years ago, so now the AT&T device is running the whole show.
