The 0.32.7 Hub Firmware being discussed in this thread only applies to the SmartThings Hub v2 and v3.

[image] ArunGupta: Any idea what is going on? The main issue appears to be some users are experiencing their hubs going off-line due to the upgrade or a process during the update. Plenty of posts above on tHis issue. Be sure to report the issues you are experiencing to ST support.

all this is starting to sound like what happened to some of us back in feburary. all you heard on the support side was crickets! in order to fix things i had to delete all 300 devices and the hub and start over.

Mine is back to green (3 days out) and shows as updated to 32.0007. Patience does seem to be the key, plus a few power cycles!
