Hub does not see zwave devices

Hi, all!
Recently unthinkable happened and i accidently deleted my hub in the phone app. I was hoping restoring the whole network will be simple… Little did i know that a lot of things changed since i setup everything many years ago. In fact it looks entire platform changed completely.
I think i am totally out of luck.
I cannot add existing devices because hub does not see them.
I tried to reset leviton plug switch DZPA1 and add it to hub. Hub is unable to see it. Same with other devices i tried. Somehow it found a single device, that it calls Honeywell, but i do not remember having one. That said this switch works. Hub also continue to show that it added some presence sensor, which i do not know what it is and seems like app is not getting any information from that sensor. Hub always adds it on every scan using incremental numbers.
Hub also picked up nest integration.

I am totally lost and do not understand what is missing and how to troubleshoot it.
I will highly appreciate any input on the issue.

your z-wave devices probably each need to be excluded before you can pair them again

It actually helped a bit. At least with some sensors.
I do not know why resetting sensor or device does not work in the same way.
A lot of work ahead to figure out what i have in walls and how to exclude it…

I also got question about security. Some sensors reporting that they support secured connections, but setup is failing. Should some setting set for hub? Do I absolutely need install drivers?
