Followed the set up instructions to the letter, but the hub still can’t find the Samsung Smart Outlet that came with the kit. Is there anything else I can try. Sure would be nice if there was a tech support phone number to call.
I’d just perform the generic “Connect New Device” and not specify the device. Also, have you reset the outlet, just to be safe?
