Hub and non-wifi devices disappeared

Pretty much what the title says. I opened up my app to turn off some lights only to find that my hub and any non-wifi connected devices were gone. I popped into https://graph-na02-useast1.api.smartthings.com/login/auth to see if I could reboot the hub from there but the hub and devices were missing there too! Please help!

PS - I’ve already e-mailed SmartThings support - just thought I might get a quicker answer from the community.

EDIT: I have a V1 hub which has been disabled as of 6/30/2021 by Samsung. Guess I’m in the market for a new hub.

first thing I would try… while you probably know na02 is your default SHARD… try logging in at https://account.smartthings.com to check there unless that is where you initially logged in

Logged in at account.smartthings.com and shows the same - no hub, most other devices gone.

only one location in IDE?

Hah! Looks like zero locations… Ugh.

Do you have a V1 hub?

My devices are gone too! My hub model number is STH-ETH-001

That is the v1 version of the hub. It was shut down on June 30, 2021.

If it makes you feel any better I spent a ton of time trying to troubleshoot my hub too…

So frustrating.

I’m also in Canada and can’t seem to find a replacement hub that works with SmartThings in stock anywhere.
