Hub and Devices offline


For about 4 days, my hub and most devices show offline. The strange thing is that they still work through the (new) app. They don’t work through Google home.

I have tried to power cycle the hub several times without any luck. Anyone any ideas on what could fix this?


try rebooting the hub through IDE > hubs > view utilities > reboot hub

which hub do you have? what is the color of the led light on the hub? which firmware version shows in IDE?

Reboot did not get it working. Ping is getting a reply. Devices and Hub still show offline…

I have a good old gen1 and the led is blue.

Any other ideas?

Nope cancel that, it worked!! reboot seemed to have done the trick. Much appreciated your help!
