If only I were one of the privileged few with one. @slagle how are we supposed to accomplish automations like this now that the dashboard solutions are gone?

I use a routine - that’s how I did it on the old app / hub too
One) go to routines view
Two) tap the three vertical dots in the upper right and choose “add routine”
Three) choose the locks you want to unlock, then scroll to the bottom of that page for “additional settings” and choose “automatically perform”
Four) choose “when someone arrives”

No way, please tell me ST didn’t take away all that amazing functionality. I just upgraded to the new hub and followed all the instructions to remove everything before unplugging the old hub. After adding everything back I only have the SHM, no Doors and Locks, no Lights and Switches, no Family. This is an absolute fail if this was intended.

Thanks @Jim and @JDRoberts I ended up using simplerulebuilder.com and a routine. I for one liked those modules, I just took issue with their initial generation.

That’s Samsung for you. The whole system has gone downhill since they bought SmartThings. I’m having the same issues and I’m currently looking for a replacement.

@johnconstantelo you have 30 plus doors and locks and I have only 6. ST, are you listening? I want those 24 missing doors on my dashboard and I am really mad! 
and 7 users! Where did 5 users go from my account?
I am running 2.0.3 for now. To my knowledge it’s not an app thing. Anyone who converted to hub v2 while solutions were still available kept them. Once solutions were “disabled”, no one is able to recreate them. I lost damage and danger testing that out. 
My best guess is that I must of been on one of the last servers solutions got disabled on.

Yup, lesson learned. I keep telling my wife that we don’t need to ‘clean up’ but somehow she doesn’t think that’s a good thing. Well for once I listened to her and did a major ‘clean up’ before moving to v2, oh well…

I get moving to SHM on one hand, but on the other a lot of functionality has been lost. And for those of us who started fresh with a v2 hub location, why is there even a Dashboard at all if SMH is the only thing in it!?!?? This is the sort of half baked approach that seems to be indicative of ST lately.
