Home Monitor won't load ST App - HELP

I don’t know if it is related to the problems we are seeing, or someone trying to fix the problems, but when I query the API for a list of services available to the app (STHM and other Life apps are services) I am mostly seeing 503 errors. These actually had the HTML body of a 406 Not Acceptable a little while ago but now seem to be returning a sensible JSON body with Service Unavailable. Every so often a 200 OK is returned.

Hi,
My Home Monitor isn’t working too. It is currently armed and I can’t switch it off. I have had to enter into home and unplug the siren, but it didn’t sound, so I think Home Monitor is offline.
I hope this issue can be solved soon.
Javi.

And, as usual, whoever runs the SmartThings status page is delusional!

Hmm, is it just a coincidence that this issue showed up right around the time when they rolled out the new Firmware??

Noticed that if it is on your dashboard and is lagging out, all other tiles stall as well. Once home monitor stabalizes, all the other tiles update as well.

Same issue for me and the only workaround is using web interface and as i am using a galaxy phone seems samsung dont test their own devices, i originally thought may be i updated sth on my device that screw it up, but since quite a few got the same issue

A hub is not needed for STHM, do they are probably not related

When I tried to set it up on my location with NO hub, I get an error that says to try later.

At the moment STHM seems to be behaving. Just a second or two of spinning and it bursts into life. The Service Info endpoint is behaving and a missing Energy summary tile has returned.

Yeah, STHM seems to work for me too but Energy isn’t loading and the App for the Videos is gone. Dashboard seems OK too besides the Energy tile.

Same here.

After I read your comment, I checked if my video service/app is still there and it was. Checked again and gone.

I love the fact that ST has a test-driven approach. Hundreds of tests for the Zigbee switch drivers alone:

None of them make sense without testing every change with actual, physical hardware, but anyway…

I doubt there are any tests for each element in the app or the cloud anywhere.

Now I have to find an older screenshot that still has the video tile so I can explain in a bug report what exactly is missing.

Working yesterday, and also with today’s new version 1.7.25.14 for if anybody is worried about updating.

Yes you are right, but still the Hub group not working as well as Hub backup not working.

Well dashboard and monitor ect. are back for me now but, although all devices are on-line and responding individually, the hub detail is reporting ‘connected’ but with ‘no connected devices’…

Something is definitely amiss…

Same here. No connected devices shown on two v2 hubs, one ST Station and one Tuya ZigBee to Matter Bridge. All devices are shown in the app and most function. A few devices are offline.

STHM broken, Video service gone without a trace, but the Food service works

Is there anyone we can flag this to? I cant face going through support at the moment

Hi, everyone.

Are you still facing this issue? I’m seeing STHM load on my side but will check with the team.

STHM works now, but the Video service disappeared!

STHM and Service Routines seem to be OK (STHM is a little laggy loading tile though) but hubs are showing no connected devices, even though they are…

Thanks @nayelyz :+1:
