Unable to connect to Smart home monitor thru the app. Rebooted hub, phone and cleared the app cache. Nothing. Sometimes, home monitor doesn’t even show up in the app. When it does, I can’t configure and and states it cannot connect. Check my firewall and dont see the hub being blocked to anything. Not sure what is issue is. Anyone experiencing the problem?
Whatever is was, its now working automagically
I’ve had this happen randomly, the way I work around it if I need to change the status on STHM is to use the my.smartthings.com page. Just an FYI.
@Mariano_Colmenarejo has a driver that lets you interact with STHM when the app is slow or not cooperating.
