I recently brought the smarthings hub (v3) and not able to get this paired with " Leviton DZ6HD-1BZ Decora Smart 600W" .
Appreciate any help on this

Try a factory reset or zwave exclusion and then attempt a re-pair. If the switch has been previously connected to another network (i.e. testing or a product that was returned and resold), this may resolve the issue.
