I have now tried 2 different modules and neither will pair. Have tried all the usual tricks of unpairing, resetting hub. Pair specific device. I doubt that 2 modules are defective so I am stuck. Any ideas out there?
That device is on the official “works with SmartThings” list so I would just contact support and let them help you. They may be able to see something from their side that we can’t.
