I have done everything possible to get them to pair but can’t. It paired once or twice initially as a generic sensor before I added the device handler for Visonic but since then I cannot get it to pair. I have other MCT340E sensors paired currently and working fine. I have tried resetting the sensor (remove battery, press tamper switch and insert battery and hold tamper switch for 4 secs) with no luck. Anything else I should try ?
Possible it’s already paired with some other name? Check your device list for name like “thing” or something you don’t recall having. It’s also helpful to have the log running in IDE during pairing so you can look at the event. Be sure to pair it very close to the hub.
