if you have any custom device handlers installed, then open them in IDE and save/publish for me. Then try to pair them. There is a known issue where device handlers can become stale preventing users from pairing devices with those DTHs.

Can you share before and after version #’s?

Should I be looking for anything specific?
I have about 20 custom device handlers but nothing specific to the Gardenspot.

any zigbee light device handlers? or bring the garden spot closer to the hub when you try to pair. if you are able to pair it,move it back to original location.

I found one that I’m no longer using but I can’t delete it.

It gives the following error:

could not delete: [physicalgraph.device.JoinFingerprint#3278658]; SQL [delete from join_fingerprint where id=? and version=?]; constraint [null]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not delete: [physicalgraph.device.JoinFingerprint#3278658]

I plugged in the gardenspot to the same outlet as the hub and tried pairing it directly on top of the hub.

I wonder if that device handler is still in use by one of your devices. open it, save and publish for me and reset your gardenspot and try to pair it one more time
