I’m trying to reset my hub following https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/204392820-Z-Wave-Factory-Reset but I’m having no luck. It just spins for a while and then everything goes back to where it was, all my devices etc. are still present.

Never mind, I got it working after manually removing a bunch of stuff. I think I had too many devices and apps and it was timing out or something.
