Hi. Couple weeks ago without any warning, google assistant says sorry can’t reach smartthings or those lights haven’t been set up yet. I have tried to re-link the google assistant and smartthings accounts, tried “sync devices” command and re-installing lights but the problem is still on. Is factory reset and build everything all over again only solution?
No… I never recommend resetting. (Note only once did I recommend that action)
Ok… go to Menu > Settings > linked services and remove the google integration. Go to google assistant and remove all linked services for ST. Then add it back.
Hi. Done it and did it before also but the problem is the same. I also have three smartlife sockets and they work just fine with voice control.
