report the issue to ST support

Same problem here. Can’t log into Graph or the smartThings app.

Any suggestions how? I keep ending up with Samsung support for refrigerators and the like.

support@smartthings.com

The preferred url to access the IDE is https://account.SmartThings.com

Using that other url can cause you problems

Edited to include correct protocol on the URL

same here, i tried the support, but for now except asking me to clear my browser cache they are useless

Are you sure?

https://account.smartthings.com/ is the correct URL.

It doesn’t respond on http://, which still tends to be the default. You’d think it would just redirect, but no.

same error page even with this url

I’m getting a similar error… but mine just says:

I’ve emailed Smartthings support who was no help. Finally ended up calling Smartthings support and tried all troubleshooting steps including using multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple wifi networks, clearing cache and browser history, etc. Nothing worked. They escalated the issue and I was then told that “there was an issue with the Smartthings IDE that was just reported and has been happening for about 72 hours so far.” They told me this on Tuesday 8/10. Just tried again (using the account.smartthings.com site) and still getting the same error. Hopefully this is fixed soon…
