Just click on the Smartthings logo and it should work

I’m in the UK so I contacted support@smartthings.co.uk on 13 Aug. I don’t know if they are still helping or forgot about it?! I can log into the app but not web.
My login is working now. I have no idea how. Thanks to whoever fixed it!
Sorry for the delay. I was out of the office but flagged this issue. Glad to see it is resolved!
