I’m in the UK so I contacted support@smartthings.co.uk on 13 Aug. I don’t know if they are still helping or forgot about it?! I can log into the app but not web.

in the ST app… tap on Menu, then select Contact us and report the issue. Unfortunately, you can’t use support@smartthings as it is no longer valid.
and try the usual:
- clear browser cache
- try an incognito/private tab
- try the QR code login option
there is a more recent thread that has better info on the issue.
How do you get hold of ST support? The generic page seems to link you to everything but ST app.

- what type of issue are you trying to report? app issue?
in the ST app, if you tap on Manu and select Contact us… you should all the methods available to you in your region.
you can probably choose error reports and select “Something else”
Thanks. I made the mistake of trying to find something online. I submitted an error report. The issue I’m having is with the HSM200 multi sensor (see the separate thread). So far no one here nor Homeseer has indicated an issue, although it has happened to me several times (Lux stops reporting).
