Just click on the Smartthings logo and it should work

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean the ST logo at the top of account.smartthings.com? Same error.

I’m in the UK so I contacted support@smartthings.co.uk on 13 Aug. I don’t know if they are still helping or forgot about it?! I can log into the app but not web.

Sorry for the delay. I was out of the office but flagged this issue. Glad to see it is resolved!
