I’m hoping someone can help me. I have a GE/Jasco Z-Wave toggle switch and a Smartthings Multipurpose sensor that are both showing offline in the Smartthings app. All other GE/Jasco Z-wave devices are working fine. I have power cycled the home hub, the toggle switch and the sensor. I have removed the batteries from the home hub as well and repeated the power cycle and a Z-Wave repair from the app, but they are still offline. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’m reluctant to remove and re-add as the last time I did that (different switch), the switch no longer functioned and I needed to physically replace it. I’m hoping to avoid that.
