I’ve acquired a Fibaro Wall Plug FGWPF-102 ZW5 v3.2 and cannot add this thing to my Smartthings Hub STH-ETH-250. I’ve already created a device handler from Fibaro’s official page. Attempted to exclude the thing as well and attempted to add it again without success.
I was under the impression that this should be easier than this…
I have spent literally hours to pair 8 of those. Sometimes they pair well, other times it is impossible to pair them. If they don’t want to pair, leave them alone for your own sanity and try the next day.
I have not been able to find the trick. Sometimes, but only sometimes, it helps restarting the hub before you attempt to pair the plug.
I believe that you need to check the frequency - US and CEPT are different. After changing to a CEPT frequency HUB my FIBARO Wall Plug was easily paired.
