Fail to install webcore in smartthings classic

Hi,

I am new to webcore. I managed to do the steps until enabling OAuth based on the info in wiki.webcore but i failed to install webcore. The page keeps showing me "sorry. but there was an unexpected error (as per attached) after i keyed in the password and pressed “next”. Anyone could help me. Thanks.

Having same issue, any ideas?

Be sure to post on the webcore forum at https://community.webcore.co

Also, what region are you located?

If you sign into https://account.smartthings.com are you taken to https://graph-ap02-apnortheast2.api.smartthings.com/? We’re tracking down an issue regarding Webcore installation for users with a location at https://graph-ap02-apnortheast2.api.smartthings.com/.

Yes, When I sign I’m directed to the url above

That fits with what we are seeing.

For anyone having this issue with a location at https://graph-ap02-apnortheast2.api.smartthings.com/, please send an email to support@smartthings.com with asubject line starting with “webcore-issue-ap02”. In the email, please include the username and approximate time the error occurred, if you can. It’d also be helpful to know if you received the error when installing webCore or while trying to modify it after previously being installed. This will help us track down the issue. Thank you.

Experiencing the same issue.

Had WebCore installed however over the past few days, was unable to update devices. Was hoping a reinstall would solve the issue but after uninstalling, now unable to install.

Just sent email to support.

Same issue and in ap02 location. Submitted Support request #735680 and fingers crossed to have it resolved soon.

Same issue here with ticket #736014 submitted
I am seeing this after re-installing webcore after having the previous install fail to update new devices.
Ap02 also however I was seeing a " There was an error, please try again" message

Same issue, new install - Support request #736025

I am on NA02 with what I think is a related problem. Should I send same email to Support?

EDIT: Went ahead and reported it. Ticket: #736708.

In my case it’s a problem loading the dashboard:

Just sent my support case in, Ticket #736716. Existing install that is no longer functioning.

Received a response today from support similar to what @htimsnerrad got.

@Brad_ST

I also got the ‘we can’t help you’ reply:

“webcore-issue-na02” and I explained my problem and included a link to Brad’s comments in this thread. Fell on deaf ears apparently.

I followed @Brad_ST instructions and got the exact same response from Mounika.

Sorry about the canned responses. I flagged the issue.

I did look into the users from NA02 and it doesn’t seem like the same issue is the AP02 users. Still investigating.
